BMW motorcycle, according to a new lawsuit.
Viagra and Cialis apparently have nothing compared to a BMW motorcycle seat. According to a lawsuit filed in San Francisco Superior Court, the seat left its driver with an erection that lasted for two years.
Henry Wolf filed the lawsuit against BMW North America and Corbin-Pacific Inc. He said in the lawsuit that the seat design of his 1993 BMW motorcycle caused him mental anguish and emotional distress after it left him with a severe case of priapism, also known as a long lasting erection.
Wolf said he rode the motorcycle in San Francisco in a four-hour round trip and shortly thereafter developed priapism.
“Wolf has been experiencing ongoing problems from his bike ride," his lawyer, Vernon Bradley of Sausalito wrote in the lawsuit. "He is now unable to participate in sexual activity, which is causing him considerable emotional and mental distress."
The seat of the motorcycle was manufactured by Corbin-Pacific, Inc., according to the lawsuit. Wolf has suffered from the loss of wages, cost of hospitalization, general damages and mental anguish of his condition. He is looking for an unreported amount of compensation according to court documents.
